Michelle Samarian-Ducato is a board-certified Physician Assistant who completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University. Her years of experience as a Dermatology PA have cultivated a deep passion for providing patients with a compassionate, individualized approach to skin health and anti-aging.
Michelle’s focus is skin health and rejuvenation, with a goal of enhancing each patient’s natural beauty in the most subtle and impactful way. She believes this is best achieved through personalized, long-term treatment plans, and she values the lasting relationships that develop as a result.
Committed to continual learning, Michelle attends various conferences annually and regularly updates her skills and techniques to ensure the safest and best possible outcomes for her patients.
Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Ducato, and their two daughters, Lucine and Taline — the inspiration behind the name LTD Aesthetics and Wellness.
Dr. Michael Ducato, M.D., P.C.
Dr. Ducato is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who has over a decade of medical experience His training began with successful completion of undergraduate studies in biology at Wayne State University in Detroit. After which, he completed his medical school training at St. George’s University in Grenada. From there, he underwent a transitional year of General Surgery training at St. John Medical Center in Detroit prior to successfully completing his Family Practice residency at Resurrection Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. His areas of interest include primary care, weight management, and mental health.
While he is not practicing medicine he enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in physical exercise, cooking and entertaining with friends and family.
